1. Program Description

Legacy Burgers VIP & Promotional Alerts is a mobile messaging program operated by Legacy Burgers (located at 5138 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90022). When you voluntarily submit your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our website or promotional offer pages, you may receive:

• Transactional / Voucher Delivery Texts: Instant delivery of the digital promo code or voucher you requested, along with store address and redemption instructions.
• Promotional & VIP Club Texts (Optional Opt-In): Exclusive BOGO deals, limited-time burger & breakfast burrito specials, and VIP loyalty discounts.

2. How to Opt Out (`STOP`)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time on our website and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. How to Get Help (`HELP`)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling Legacy Burgers at (323) 968-1120 or visiting us in person at 5138 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90022 during normal operating hours (Monday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider.

5. Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your voucher claims and active restaurant promotions (typically 1 to 4 messages per month for VIP Club members). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. In-Store Promotional Voucher Rules

All digital vouchers and coupons issued by Legacy Burgers are subject to the following in-store redemption rules at 5138 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90022:

• Limit One (1) Voucher Per Customer Per Visit: Promotional vouchers cannot be combined or stacked with any other coupons, discounts, or third-party delivery app promotions.
• Dine-In & Walk-In Takeout Only: Guest must present the valid digital voucher code on their mobile phone at the counter prior to payment.
• Burger Combo BOGO (`BOGO-BURGER-COMBO`): Purchase one full-price Burger Combo (burger, fries, and drink) and receive one Classic Legacy Burger of equal or lesser value free.
• Breakfast Burrito BOGO (`BOGO-BREAKFAST-BURRITO`): Purchase one full-price Breakfast Burrito and receive a second Breakfast Burrito of equal or lesser value free during breakfast hours (starting at 7:00 AM).
• Free Chili Cheese Fries (`FREE-CHILI-CHEESE-FRIES`): Purchase any two (2) full-price burgers on the same receipt and receive one regular order of Loaded Chili Cheese Fries free.
• Next Burger Free Return Pass (`NEXT-BURGER-FREE-7DAYS`): Purchase one full-price Burger Combo today to activate a return pass good for one free Classic Legacy Burger on your next visit within seven (7) calendar days (original receipt + digital voucher required).
• 10% OFF VIP Loyalty Pass (`VIP-10-PERCENT-OFF`): Valid for 10% off the pre-tax subtotal of your next in-store food and beverage purchase.
• No Cash Value: Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and exclude applicable California sales tax.
